Quick update on how our house sale is going:
Last Thursday, our house officially went on the market.
On Monday, we got an offer, but it was less than our asking price. We wrote a counter offer.
On Tuesday, they countered our counter offer. We said no.
Yesterday, our Realtor and their Realtor came up with a new compromise.
Today, we signed the new deal, agreeing to the terms.
So now we wait to see if it’s really going to go through.

wow, that was really fast. When we bought our current home - it was only on the market for 20 minutes before we placed our offer : ) crazy. Hope all goes well.
