I’ve missed you. And I’ve missed blogging. Mostly, I’ve missed having an outlet for the constant chattering in my head.
Where did I go? No where, particularly. I just went off-line for a bit. Blogging was beginning to feel like a daily chore, and I rebelled. I’m sorry — I should have posted a note, saying that I’d be MIA for a bit.
But for the last few weeks, I have been itching to post. Too much stuff going on in my head, I guess. I can’t promise you daily posts, but I can promise you that the posts will be from the heart. Real. Graceful and creative, you might say.
p.s. Bear with me while I figure out the tricks of posting all over again.

I can totally relate to the need for a break, but I’m so happy you’re back!! I’m glad you’re ok, I was a little worried not to hear from you for so long! I hope you’re in a place where blogging can be fun for you again (and with less pressure, who needs it?), because your voice has definitely been missed!
Hey, was just thinking about you the other day. I’ve fallen off the blog wagon, too. Simply uninterested. But I’m so glad *you’re* back!
I’m glad to see you’re back!
It’s been awhile!!
THERE YOU ARE!!!! So glad to have you back with us!!!
Welcome back, Kirwin!!!
You have been so missed! I was so pleased to log into my reader this morning and see you here. Please don’t apologise to us for having been gone. All of us need breaks, and blogging can quickly and easily begin to feel like a chore and a duty. When it starts feeling like that, it’s actually the best decision in the world not to blog. It’s good you took time away for you!
I did something similar in October but without necessarily intending it, and I was away five months. Only a few weeks ago did I begin blogging again, and it has been lovely. But I am blogging by my own rules this time: I blog when I have something to say and when I have the time to say it. If those aren’t present, there is no post that day. I blog out of joy.
Here’s hoping you can find your balance in the days and weeks ahead. And if you decide that blogging isn’t in that balance, that’s okay too. Just shoot us your email so we can stay up with you.
Love and hugs today from Crete to you. Welcome back.
