Exercise:
nothing
Breakfast: 1-serving Bob’s Red Mill Mighty Tasty Hot Cereal, 2 Tbsp almond butter, 1/2 banana sliced, 1 cup instant decaf coffee
Snack: apple larabar, 4 oz. fresh raspberries
Lunch:(3) homemade GF cornbread muffins with vegan margarine & agave syrup, <1 cup leftover gazpacho (no more gazpacho left!)
Afternoon Snack: 2 spoonfuls of almond butter (I had the munchies…)
Dinner: pasta salad made with: brown rice pasta, cherry tomatoes, red pepper, cucumber, cannelini beans, olives, red onion, homemade balsamic vinaigrette (this wasn’t my favorite meal — I doubt I’ll make this again.)
After Dinner snack: 1/2 cup of coconut flavored So Delicious coconut milk ice cream (so yummy!!…and yes, I indulged in a little sugar…but it did the trick, so I don’t regret it.)
Observations:
None. I’m tired and a tad grumpy, so I don’t feel like writing anything. Plus, nothing of note comes to mind. (I’m not tired and grumpy from the cleanse — my mood is due to two children who won’t stay in their beds and go to sleep, and I’m losing patience.)

Interesting…
I can’t wait to go back and look through the other posts you’ve done re: this cleanse! And I love that you’ve set up such a detailed description of each day - very cool (and helpful for people who want to try this out)!
Hope you’re kiddies are in bed by now
And I hope Monday is better for you!
I had coconut milk ice cream from Larry and Luna’s last night. So good and it hit the spot with no sugar (agave) and no dairy.
I’m mighty impressed. Keep on going!!
We had a heck of a draining weekend with two very demanding kiddos. I’m hearing you on the grumpiness… Today is a new day.
way-to-go my friend. the coconut ice cream that you and shannon mention sounds tempting.
where do you primarily shop, I have not seen that ?
p.s. - hope your night was restful.
Bedtime issues can be so frustrating, especially when you’ve had one of those days and just need a break. (And you don’t have caffeine or something sugary to give you that fake energy boost) I feel for you, mama. Hang in there.
By the way, your diet posts are so inspiring.
